- Go deeper within… stressors are often that, which results from ‘shallow’ living. Meditate. Be able to still yourself, where your power truly is.
- Have a food stash… now is not the time to overly rely on existing food systems.
- Have more than one income source… yes, we all can entrepreneurial… find something special that you can provide in terms of product and service… and market it… enrich your life first with it, and then share it.
- Get lots of sleep… sleep for me is the ultimate reward for having a good day.
- Don’t push yourself so much that you don’t like your life. Don’t put unrealistic expectations upon yourself… if old agreements are no longer suitable to you… then make adjustments… adjustments leading to further balance.
- Seek balance… the problem with people is that they lead inherently imbalanced lives, and then expect to feel good about it. Instead, seek emotional, mental, spiritual and physical balance, knowing this balance comes from nature and does not come from the unnatural.
- Get over it. Get over pain of the past, and fear of the future.
- Choose simplicity. Maybe you are in a war… and if so, why not dedicate your energy towards victory in the war. This involves being dedicated and focused. If you are choosing non-focus and aimless searches, then perhaps re-examine where your energy is currently going, and whether or not it is still working for you.
- Choose a higher calling. Maybe your life sucks because you don’t have a higher calling. It is natural to have purpose in life, a purpose that enriches your life, but also other lives… other species… other realms.
- Move energy. Yes, don’t discount the value of stillness… but then also, be able to move energy. Energy wants to move. Energy makes stuff happen in the physical. The stillness is for the spiritual side of you. Action is for the physical side.
- Seek a quality water source. Do the best you can with this, for water can be programmed for different dimensions. Program your water for the highest levels of consciousness you hope to achieve. Water wants to know us, and to work as a vessel for our energy.
