Dear Indian,
Q++ here, longtime reader of BIN, I enjoy most all of the
articles and ideas you post at BIN, nice to meet you.
I wanted to alert you to the article by Mark Steele,
(IITM: Also posted here: https://www.ournewearthnews.com/massive-mark-steele-weapons-expert-goes-through-led-street-light-to-prove-its-a-weapon/)
He has posted a similar video couple years ago on BIN and since
I am inventor/promoter of LED Lights since 2002 (because they are cheap and
use only a fraction of electricity costs/consumption), have since sold globally
and installed hundreds of thousands of various LED Lights including high-power
street & stadium lights, these use the most energy because they are required
to provide lighting to be able to see driving (and/or studio quality games need
bright well designed LED lights, otherwise the cameras will not be full HD).
I do not know Mark Steele (He is a Brit) but several of my colleagues have had
him on their castings’ and I had sent them several times a very detailed write
up on the various components inside these LED Street lights that Mark calls
weapons, he is absolutely wrong, not sure why he is so adamant to be wrong?
Mark does not understand how a LED Street light works, I had explained
that the only power that goes to street light poles is utility power (paid
for by the local municipality, they order the parts & installations), it is 480Vac
3-Phase AC Power, hence the 450Vdc capacitor he keeps screaming about in
his video is very common, that cap is charged up to rectified AC line voltage.
He also says the LED street light needs no ballast (like the precursor emits a yellow color light using a gaseous vapor lamp), but the LED also uses a “LED DRIVER” he
actually picks it up in his video and says it doesn’t belong because it no longer needs
actually picks it up in his video and says it doesn’t belong because it no longer needs
the old vapor lamps, but LED’s need a “Constant-current” that flows out of the
LED Driver through the LED to make it produce photons, hence it lights is visible
and it’s brightness is directly related to the amount of constant current sent through
them, typically today rated 100W-200W range depending how high the light is
hung (street lights typ. 15-30ft tall, must beam down a substantially light area under it about 30-50ft radius to help drivers can see clearly).
Mark’s complaint about the 5G Antenna and transceiver is valid, but it has no
relationship to the actual LED Lamp, it is just convenient place to install it within
the LED Lamp because it is receiving sensing/diagnostics data showing the electrical & thermal parameters of the LED lamp which give health information to the municipality so they know when to send the repair crews should it fade or no longer working.
The 5G base stations operate in the 18GHz-100GHz range allocated, on my home WIFI it says 5G (but it is actually 5 GHz - whereas 4G is half, 2.4GHz, so twice as fast but not the deadly Millimeter wave 18GHz-100GHz Mark is concerned about, need to check the frequency). So an actual millimeter wave 5G transceiver can be dangerous to humans, especially in the 60GHz frequency because it will absorb oxygen and starve the cells of needed air to breath, hence potential weapon). Although the antenna appears to be military grade which Mark points out that is sticking up out of the top of that LED Street light, but unless those antennae’s where powerful enough (not expected based on the small wire diameter he shows, it is only powerful enough to transmit/receive data
sensing of thermal & electrical performance data, however since it has a transceiver
it may be able to detect audio in the area, not legal but they collect it anyway!)
They older system prior to LED Lamp conversion was also same except they used
a separate transceiver/antenna and mounted it onto the street light pole as shown below; GE Decided to traffic flow rate and audible detection of gun fire (or actually anybody standing by talking at the street light will also be heard by municipality monitoring this audio data).
Hope this helps explain that Mark fully understands the antenna and the dangers of
Millimeter wave frequencies (over 26GHz) but he is wrong in everything else he is saying
about the LED side of the fixture, he is wrong and I have politely explained in detail
but he continues to rant about the light fixture being a hazard?
I hope he is not hidden opposition, so much deceit these days who knows?
Please feel free to send him my analysis and offer my consulting advice, I was
trained by the Navy during Vietnam ERA service how to maintain such radar and
the safety hazards to avoid. Since honorable discharge I used the GI Bill to complete
a Associates/Bachelor/Masters degree in electronics and worked IBM Research
for 20yrs having patented many RF Circuits and silicon chips on such cards and the
past 20yrs working in silicon valley designing power circuit chips, systems and software specifically for LED Lighting, SolarPV & Wind systems, my latest patent filed by
US Patent Office on Nov. 8, 2022 is fuel-less 50kW flywheel-based magnetic generator (Tesla would be proud).
