IITM 1: Thank you Q++ for answering these questions: Earlier when I went for a walk, they were putting up the new LED lights in the park, the pedestrian type with the drone landing pads haha… but seriously if this is military tech, it wouldn’t surprise me if they were designed for drones to land, right? Also drone swarms are real, as far as I know, though I haven’t seen one yet, and they present the technology to the public as innocuous light shows like during concerts and stadium gatherings etc.
Q++: YES, DARPA is the advanced tech group in the FED that are very dangerous in that they issue grants for shit that is 20yr advanced tech

IITM 2: As I was reading your answers, I couldn’t help but wonder how compartmentalized the industry is… in the sense that only those at the top really know what’s going on, and how close to the top are you? I’m thinking close, but unless you are a top secret military weapons expert… there could be diabolical details you are not privy to.
Q++: CORRECT, I started career in US Navy (Nam Era early 70’s) and they sent me off to a 2yr tech school on their shipboard weapons & radar systems, then shipped out to duty station with 18 others on board resp. for keeping system operational in tough seaboard app, difficult out at sea. But as I matured with Masters in Applied Sciences in late 80’s, I got hired by IBM for their mainframe computer mfg. as a test engineer (played with lasers & stuff), then moved into mainframe computer design, got board with digital went into power supply design team decade as I moved into advance science advisory management roles and global marketing/sales, from there to silicon valley analog chipcos and finally doing my own high-tech co. trying to reinvent electrical generators.
As for lighting industry, it is very tall & narrow (vertical market) if you have worked with electrical contractors you will find they lack engineering degrees and design ability, but they can reach their hand into 480Vac 3-Phase like nobodies business, furthermore, these firms compete with one another for bids on Gov and commercial contracts, its extremely competitive in big cities like SanFran/Silicon bay area, as for military interest in LED is no more really than commercial, it reduces lighting electrical costs by 40-60% and if the
designer is good the light will be the appropriate color-tone and brightness, it is the “lighting engineers” job to perfect each setting be it restaurant, stadium, lobby, office complex, each has a subtle trick of the trade, this collection of competition keeps LED lighting secretive among one another as well as not giving away secrets that may get one a leg up on a bid !
IITM 3: So a reasonable take, is that yes, this is military technology but it’s not as bad as people think, but there are still reasons why the general public needs to be concerned, and needs to look further, as the streetlights may play a few key roles in the control grid that is springing up everywhere, that none of gave permission for, and few of us really understand.?
Q++: NO, you are seemingly over concerned about the LED light portion of the fixture, same as Mark, he knows the dangerous part can be the transceiver but watching his videos only once did he show labels, get me part number and or mfg, info and I will download a schematic and tell you clearly what the card does, but since I have done this for LED, RF Transmitters many times for many decades so I do not worry knowing that 100W LED Lamp could not hurt human. They could possible flash them to get city folks rattled, never trust GOV since CIA assassinated JFK and took over American politics.
IITM 4: The 5G LED streetlights while not necessarily complete weapons themselves, take the monitoring of people and the environment to a whole new level, and that monitoring capability can, will and does connect with 5G towers, cellphones and other smart grid technology to weaponize our lives. For example, let’s say a group of freedom lovers are gathering in a park… the streetlights identify that, and then everybody’s Digital IDs are tallied, and even more so, people could easily be zapped by their phones to ‘behave’.

Couple things to help protect your precious brain from RF/DEW attacks, EMF clothes lines are fairly mature now, get a stylish ball cap with EMI filter and no longer worry about satellite from overhead, you can buy EMI scarfs, hats, shirts/pants, bed canopies, window coatings, metal roof (cat on a hot tin roof). Keep you phone in airport mode to keep the base station from following you even when home (put it in microwave oven will shield it from signal), EMI shielding home siding panels, etc. etc. etc.
