I was thinking the other day… about this whole 15-minute city thing… and it got me thinking about the infrastructure of it. We’re not talking about just a few manned road blocks are we?

What sort of infrastructure do they have to install, to really implement their dream of a 15-minute city?

Spending past decade in a construction environment (extracting old fixtures and installing full energy efficient LED indoor/outdoor ost of lighting, servicing rooftop HVAC systems, installing Smart Water, Gas & Electric meters to measure and transmit usage to clients) i will say the 15 min condensation is helpful in that todays commercial buildings are

spread out, one company may be located in multiple cities in multiple countries and

every building you need work on has to go through the urban planning office and a

justification for permit to shut down and alter commercial property is a major cost and time consumer that most of our contractors would rather avoid, so if 100 buildings worth the

occupants and wiring and HVAC etc are all continuous in one building it does make the

modifications quicker, cheaper easier (less permitting hassles).

The ultimate goal for urban planners is to eliminate wasted space, making room for

exponential growth in humanity, elimination of traffic jams and exhaust pipe pollution from cars, busses, put people in close proximity to grocery, retail stores, restaurants and entertainment venues all within a 15-20 minute commute by bike or walk.

Now the scary thought is… can they beam people with a frequencies within that city, to ‘stay in’… ‘do not leave’…. ‘do not ask questions”… ‘do not try to fee yourself”…?? And these messages come from: cellphone, smart meter, tv, the towers, 5G… and there’s NO escape once the signals become effective enough?

Is it possible that people are already being beamed with these messages under existing technology? I saw a video that showed that certain websites trigger the cellphone to buzz with this frequency or that frequency… and that truther websites may be beamed with frequencies that encourage people to avoid or to be repelled… I’m fairly certain this is happening… you feel?

still being PINGED every so often by the AI Software in the basestation, operators have to by contract assure you have sufficient BARS to make and recieve calls, but if you put it in AIRPLANE MODE the basestation will no longer PING your phone which maybe in you back pocket or near your heart or head/brain, so turn it off and let friends/family

text you or leave message so when you turn it on every hour just check messages and return calls then immediately place it back in AIRPLANE MODE.

Now for the most chilling question regarding 15-minute cities…

Is it possible that everything like cellphones, tv, car, towers, new LED steetlights, smart meters, smart technology, bluetooth… basically anything connected to the internet of things that gives off the appropriate level of radiation, and other technology that supports the control grid… can be tweaked all at the same time, to instantly create a permanent 15-minute city compliant human, via an invisible frequency prison and the system needed to support it, of which the chances of escape approach zero??
