Trump Enacted Major Part Of NESARA In 2020!!

A book titled “Draining the Swamp,” was self-published in 1996 by Dr. Harvey Francis Barnard (more about him here), who applied his Ph.D. in systems theory to the economy.

Dr. Barnard printed 1,000 copies of his proposal and sent copies to members of Congress, believing it would pass quickly on its merits.

Silence…

He established the NESARA Institute in 2001 (archived).

NESARA was an actual bill written in 2004 by Dr. Harvey F. Barnard (PhD) himself, who spent over ten years researching and developing the concept (read his full bill here or Executive Summary here), meant to be introduced at the 2nd Session of the 108th Congress (2004).

The NESARA Bill was never introduced to Congress

Senate President of the 108th Congress was Dick Cheney, and Speaker of the House was convicted “serial child molester” Dennis Hastert (more here).

Dr. Barnard published the second edition of his book in 2005, retitling it Draining the Swamp: The NESARA Story – Monetary and Fiscal Policy Reform (archived).

“NESARA quietly walked the halls of Congress for 10 years,” Dr. Barnard wrote on his website in April 2005.

He died of heart failure on Wednesday, May 18, 2005 (his obituary).

In 2020, Trump enacted the major part of NESARA: merging the Fed into the Treasury - exactly as Dr. Barnard wrote in 2004 (page 14 and pages 18-19), eliminating $1 Trillion in debt (page 83)!

Trump ran on “Draining the Swamp,” and his policies and appointments are doing so: The Fed is insolvent and the chairman is out with COVID (as of Jan 18th 2023).

IITM: Well… those in the truth movement can see how something can exist, and yet be hidden, or unacknowledged. So is it the same with NESARA?
