IITM: Well… this is interesting… now they are admitting that deathrates are skyrocketing but now they want amnesty… like ‘ooops… so sorry, and that’s that’… kinda thing… they want to keep their money, they want a clean record, they don’t want to truly apologize… they don’t want to admit they were lazy, unprofessional, unethical, and untrustworthy… and so forth.
